Red Star Growers is a leading horticultural production and marketing company based in the Vale of Evesham.
The business grows, packs and distributes high quality produce to multiple grocery retailers and other processing and retail outlets in the UK.

Quality Policy
It is Company Policy to supply products that meet and exceed both customer and consumer expectations in terms of food safety, legality and authenticity whilst maintaining full compliance to each product specification.
This is achieved using Good Agricultural Practice incorporating Integrated Crop Management techniques as defined in RTA Fresh Produce Standards and Protocols and to which all primary production is certified.
The company’s Quality Management HACCP based System defines the procedures and practices, pre- and post-harvest to meet the objectives of this Policy. The Quality Management Manual is available to all staff; its contents and its operation are reviewed continuously to ensure that the Company meets its commitments and obligations so that its Good Agricultural and Good Manufacturing Practices continue to improve.

‘Supply only the highest quality produce, grown to ‘Best Agricultural Practice’ standards, incorporating Integrated Crop Management techniques whilst complying with all ‘Codes of Practice’ defined by DEFRA and other Government Departments. Produce is grown only on land that has been certified under the ‘RTA Scheme’ and that is farmed in a way sensitive to the environment and according to LEAF protocols’.
Ensure all products will be produced and delivered according to our Customers’ Codes of Practice and Specifications and which comply with all Legal and Food Safety requirements as defined by UK law’.
